Karl Von Artistry is not responsible for packages mis-delivered, lost, or damaged by USPS or other carrier.

(If a package is lost or damaged in shipping, please reach out to discuss options

and/or assistance in filing a claim against the carrier, if package was insured.)

returns

custom/personalized leather items cannot be returned unless order was incorrectly fulfilled by karl von artistry
non-personalized leather items may be returned if karl von artistry receives advance request within 14 days of delivery and return is made within 30 days of delivery
after pre-approval of return, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost & proper packaging of item
items returned in poor or damaged condition may have refund adjusted accordingly, at discretion of karl von artistry
refunds issued within 2 business days of return being received

all photography print orders include free domestic shipping throughout united states
shipping carrier / method may vary --
• paper prints sized 5" x 7" through 11" x 14" ship directly from Karl Von Artistry via USPS ground advantage
• paper Prints sized 16" x 20" through 30" x 40" and all canvas prints ship from an off-site printing lab via ground shipping (specific carrier varies)
most orders ship within 3-5 business days (occasionally prints 16" x 20" or larger may have delayed turnaround if off-site printing lab is experiencing a back-up -- update will be provided if this occurs)
