Leather products are made-to-order. Our turnaround time to ship out an order is 3-5 business days.

Most orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless a shipping upgrade is selected at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided at the time of shipment.

Photographs are printed according to order specifications and ship within 3-5 business days.

Print sizes 5" x 7" through 11" x 14" ship directly from Karl Von Artistry via USPS First Class Mail.

Print sizes 16" x 20" through 30" x 40" ship from an outside printing lab via ground shipping (specific carrier may vary). Tracking information will provided at the time of shipment.

At time of checkout, buyer is responsible to confirm accuracy of shipping address (and its ability to receive packages via USPS -- for leather orders, or from any possible carrier -- for photograph orders). Notification of a necessary address correction should be reported within 24 hours to ensure our ability to ship correctly.

Karl Von Artistry is not responsible for packages mis-delivered, lost, or damaged by USPS or any other carrier. (Note that a USPS Priority Mail shipping upgrade provides insurance coverage of up to $50 by USPS in the event of loss or damage, and USPS Priority Mail Express provides full insurance coverage.)  If a package is lost or damaged, please reach out to discuss your possible options for a replacement.

Custom or personalized leather items cannot be returned unless they are found to have been created incorrectly per the specifications of the order placed by buyer. (Karl Von Artistry will require a photograph of any such inaccuracy be provided via email before processing a replacement.)

Photographs or leather items that are not custom or personalized may be returned if buyer first contacts Karl Von Artistry within 14 days of delivery and subsequently returns the order within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and proper packaging of the item(s). If an item is returned in poor condition or damaged condition and cannot be resold for full price, the amount of any refund will be adjusted accordingly.
